Holder of the treatment

The aforementioned Regulation provides for a series of obligations for those who carry out “treatments” (ie collection, registration, processing, storage, communication, dissemination, etc.) of personal data referring to other subjects (so-called “interested parties”).

In compliance with the law, any operation concerning the personal data collected will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency.

 

Type of data

The data controller processes the following groupings of categories of personal data:

  1. name, surname, residence or domicile,
  2. tax code or VAT number, iban
  3. e-mail and telephone

 

Purpose

The treatment will be carried out electronically and on paper for:

Groupings 1, 2, 3

communications relating to the commissioned service as well as for invoicing and collection of the due; for tax obligations; for the management of the order archive and for the management of contractual consequences in general.

Your consent is not required for the processing of the above data for contractual and legal purposes. The consent is asked of you for specific activities without the refusal affecting the services owed by us.

Failure to communicate personal data

With regard to personal data relating to the execution of the contract or relating to the fulfillment of a regulatory obligation (obligations related to the keeping of accounting and tax records), failure to communicate personal data prevents the contractual relationship from being perfected.

 

Treatment

Your personal data are also processed and stored by employees or company collaborators, enabled and trained, on paper (for example archive) and IT (for example: computer database or similar), at our local unit located in Ronchi dei Legionari .

Your data will not be transferred to a third country.

Your data will be shared with third parties with respect to the company’s organization chart only:

  • if specifically required by law, for example data provision
    • to the Public Authority
    • to supervisory bodies
  • for the purpose of carrying out our activity on your behalf, for example providing data:
    • to the person in charge of delivering mail (data from group 1 only)
    • to the accountant for tax compliance (only data from group 1 and 2) and / or to subcontractors and / or suppliers or third party consultants (including legal department, banks, rating or investigation companies, etc.) for the management of the execution and / or the consequences of the engagement.

 

Timing of conservation

In the event of a concluded contract, pursuant to Italian law (in particular of a contractual and fiscal nature) we are required to keep the documents and therefore your data for 10 years. After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly destroyed.

Data collected without the subsequent commission of an assignment is destroyed after 5 years from the last contact without updates, meaning them as promotional data. The data collected for promotional purposes are kept for 5 years.

Commission documents potentially containing personal data will be kept for 10 years for archival purposes.

 

Rights of the interested party

If you believe that any personal data we hold is incorrect or incomplete, you can request to see the information concerning you and correct it by means of a simple written communication. In the same way you can also know how we came into possession of your data, how and for what reason we use your data and how long we will keep them, as well as the subjects to whom your data may be communicated or who can learn about it.

In some cases you can also request the limitation in the use or deletion of data and if the processing is based on your consent you can revoke the consent given.

We will then review your complaint and work with you to resolve the issue.
